Who is Veris?
Veris has been providing language services at the highest level, including international, for almost 30 years.
Veris in short
During the development of language training programs, and in addition to the experience of our teachers, we also drew upon the knowledge, the skills and the terminology solutions that we have acquired in 30 years through translating and interpreting for market leaders and government institutions. As a result our programs are unique, tried and tested and up-to-date with the latest in language teaching solutions.
Veris
provides custom language learning programs for specific employee profiles,
such as engineers, lawyers, human resources staff, health care providers, and law enforcement and security personnel.
These programs are now also available for learning languages that have been gaining popularity among learners recently, such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Portuguese, and others.
In the language service industry we are widely regarded as one of the leading providers of language seminars, at which workers in business and public administration, as well as other translators and court interpreters can receive further professional training in Slovene and other foreign languages. The quality of these seminars is further attested by the fact that certificates by Veris issued to participants of such seminars are recognised as formal continuous training of court interpreters, as required by the Ministry of Justice. We are also a provider of Slovene course for immigrants under the ZIP program, which is co-financed by the Government Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants and the European Union from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. The courses provide Slovenian language training and help foreigners get acquainted with Slovenian society and culture to facilitate the integration of immigrants. Also, the courses are intended to prepare students for the Slovenian language exam for a work permit and/or citizenship.
